Privacy policy
How 28th Day Technology collects, uses and protects personal information gathered through this website.
Who we are
28th Day Technology is an IT services company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For any question about this policy, write to anil@28thdaytech.com.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you complete the enquiry form or email us: your name, company, email address, telephone number and whatever you tell us about your requirement.
Collected automatically. Standard web analytics — pages viewed, approximate location from IP address, device and browser type, referring source.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry and deliver the services you ask for, to send operational communications about work in progress, to improve this website, and to meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell personal information and we do not add enquirers to marketing lists without a clear opt-in.
Cookies
This site uses cookies for essential functionality and, where enabled, analytics. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser; essential functionality will still work. If you add advertising or remarketing tags, update this section and add a consent banner before those tags fire.
Sharing and retention
We share information only with service providers who help us operate — hosting, email, analytics — each under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law. Enquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months from last contact unless you ask us to remove them sooner.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law you may request access to the personal information we hold, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, and request a portable copy. Write to anil@28thdaytech.com and we will respond within thirty days.
Security
We apply access controls, encryption in transit and least-privilege administration. No internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure, so please do not send identity documents or payment details through the website form.
